Your consultation is held virtually and presents the opportunity for both you and myself to assess whether we are a good fit. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is of fundamental importance.

Your initial session is structured to learn about your story, presenting concerns, goals, review documentation, and set your expectation for therapy.

Individual Therapy
This session is held virtually and involves therapy with therapist and one person. Occasionally significant others, family members, or friends may be asked to join. On these occasions the rate is adjusted to reflect the change in session type.

Relationship Therapy
Held virtually, this session involves therapy with two or more people. This could include a couple, poly-relationship, siblings, family members, or friends.

Pre-marital Therapy
Pre-marital counseling/therapy is comprised of psychoeducation that utilizes research-based strategies proven to improve communication and reduce separation rates. Self-Pay
The fee for therapy, coaching, and pre-marital services ranges between $160-$250. A credit card stored on file is required to secure your appointment. Your fee for service will be billed the morning of your session. If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the morning of your appointment. Please note, the late cancellation and no-show fee is the full rate of the session and is non-refundable.
Insurance
Benefit verification is completed before scheduling. Your insurance benefits may include out of network coverage. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider for clarification regarding your benefits as they may provide reimbursement to you for your out of network sessions. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (detailed list of services) to help you with this process if needed. Health savings cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted forms of payment. The following insurance providers are accepted and considered in-network. Please inquire as your insurance may be accepted and simply not listed below.
