“Healing and change isn’t instant, but the capacity for it is always within reach, waiting for you to take the first step.”

-Shakera Hawkins, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP

You’re important. Your presence matters. Your contributions are impactful. You deserve peace. You deserve safe spaces. You deserve genuine relationships. You deserve to remove the mask and blossom. You are not the traumas of your past or a diagnosis. You are safe here.

Shakera Hawkins, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP

Welcome! My name is Shakera Hawkins, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified ADHD clinician who supports adults, adolescents transitioning to adulthood, and parents with children who are diagnosed with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions.

My Approach

I provide therapeutic perspective that is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each client. My work is grounded in understanding the unique challenges of ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, the anxiety, and low mood that often accompanies them. Through a combination of assessment, psychoeducation, and targeted interventions, I help clients build skills, create effective routines, and develop strategies that fit their lives—not a generic formula. When needed, I incorporate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to address trauma, anxiety, and depression, helping clients heal from past experiences that may be holding them back. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and intentional environment where you can gain meaningful, lasting change and make real progress toward your personal goals.
